These Terms of Use govern access to Bond County Inmate Population. By using this site, you agree to follow these terms and all laws that apply to your use, including limits on how jail, court, and inmate information may be used. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site.

Bond County Inmate Population is privately owned. It is not affiliated with Bond County, the Bond County Sheriff's Office, Bond County Jail, the Illinois Department of Corrections, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, any court, or any government office. The site is not a consumer reporting agency, and neither this site nor its ad partners provide FCRA-covered screening services.

What This Website Is

This site is a private reference source for Bond County, Illinois jail, custody, court, and detention-facility information. It does not host official records, maintain a government database, confirm custody, release anyone, schedule visitation, accept payments, or file court or FOIA documents.

You agree not to use information from this site or linked third-party tools for any FCRA-covered purpose.
